Welcome to Buster's Blog

Irregular commentary on whatever's on my mind -- politics, sports, current events, and life in general. After twenty years of writing business and community newsletters, fifteen years of fantasy baseball newsletters, and two years of email "columns", this is, I suppose, the inevitable result: the awful conceit that someone might actually care to read what I have to say. Posts may be added often, rarely, or never again. As always, my mood and motivation are unpredictable.

The Covers Of This Book Are Too Far Apart

Arm-candy daughter-wife Ivanka Trump has just published a book!  It's title:  Women Who Work:  Rewriting the Rules for Success.  (Reasonable question:  Does Ivanka really "work"?)

Her great literary effort has been immediately and universally panned as a tedious clump of recycled buzz-words and rah-rah drivel; a big waste of paper and ink.

Check out her description of the book's purpose:  "To inspire you to redefine success and architect a life that honors your individual passions and priorities."

Wow.  That is both meaningless and nauseating, and -- goddam it! -- "architect" is NOT a verb!
