Irregular commentary on whatever's on my mind -- politics, sports, current events, and life in general. After twenty years of writing business and community newsletters, fifteen years of fantasy baseball newsletters, and two years of email "columns", this is, I suppose, the inevitable result: the awful conceit that someone might actually care to read what I have to say. Posts may be added often, rarely, or never again. As always, my mood and motivation are unpredictable.

Dan The Man
Dan Rather's Facebook post:
For those following the latest Twitter outrage from the President…I’d much rather live in a world reflecting the values, philanthropy, civic mindedness and, yes, intelligence of LeBron James, and Don Lemon of CNN’s intelligent commitment to truth and journalism, than the divisive peevishness, lies and narrow self-interest of the President of the United States. Inclusion, empathy, character, all these must be part of "WhatUnitesUs." — Dan Rather
Here is the Trump tweet to which Dan Rather was referring. And BTW, Michael "Mike" Jordan said he likes LeBron, not the fake president.
This blog is offered as an amusement to any open-minded, liberal-leaning readers who may stumble upon it, and as an educational service to the closed-minded conservative crowd.
