There's Something Happening Here


What it is seems exactly clear.*

In elections across the country yesterday, Democrats did well and Trumpism took a well-deserved beat-down.  Virginia is a prime example.  In the governor's race, the Democrat Northam whupped the Trumpist Republican asshole Gillespie.

But it wasn't just that one contest or that one state.  It was up and down the ballot everywhere -- an unmistakable rebuke to Toxic Trump.  The newly elected include women, black women, black men, Latinas, Asians, Sikhs, former refugees, lesbians, and transgender men and women.

It was a good day, and there's more to come.
