Constitutional Scholars Abound

Who needs the Supreme Court when, suddenly, Constitutional experts are are sprouting like weeds? 

Not me.  No sir, I will rely on the sherriff of Bugtussle County, Kentucky and the governor of  Missi-friggin'-ssippi to tell me what is and what is not Constitutional in Obama's Executive Orders.
