We just witnessed the Tea Party A-holes
vote "NO" to help for Sandy victims once again.
Now these dudes are voted in to office by the cretins who reside within
their congressional district. And Tea Party members pay no attention to people
outside their district, so it makes no sense to call their offices and complain
(bitch) about their stupidity.
Here's
the deal: In South Carolina all but one of their congressional delegation voted
NO to fund money for Sandy victims. I plan to call the Chamber of Commerce in
Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach and tell them that we will not be coming to Hilton
Head or Myrtle Beach because of their Congressman's vote. If we could get enough
people to make the call, I'm sure the Chambers of Commerce in those cities would
make a call to their congressman and he would be carefully listening.

I think it's a great idea, and I'll join you in making a call. South Carolina is, however, a charter member of the Stupid State Society. Their backward thinking and doltish insistence on flying the Confederate battle flag on the Statehouse has cost them plenty in lost convention and event income over the years. Yet they stubbornly refuse to change. Proud idiots!
But perhaps some pressure on their vacation/tourism dollars will get their attention. It's chicken soup -- couldn't hoit!
