Welcome to Buster's Blog

Irregular commentary on whatever's on my mind -- politics, sports, current events, and life in general. After twenty years of writing business and community newsletters, fifteen years of fantasy baseball newsletters, and two years of email "columns", this is, I suppose, the inevitable result: the awful conceit that someone might actually care to read what I have to say. Posts may be added often, rarely, or never again. As always, my mood and motivation are unpredictable.

The Twits Who Voted For Trump

Yesterday, National Public Radio commemorated the 4th of July by transcribing the Declaration of Independence on Dolt 45's favorite medium, Twitter.  At 140 characters a tweet, it took awhile.

As the tweets accumulated, confused Trump fans went nuts, lashing out on both Twitter and Facebook.  "NPR has been hacked!"  "Propaganda!"  "Are you drunk?"  "Glad you're being defunded."  The poor stupid deplorables were clueless as to what they were reading, and became convinced that NPR was advocating revolution and inciting violence!  LOL!

It's like I always say:  Ignorance can be fixed, but stupid is forever.
