"Great!" "Amazing!" "Tremendous!" "Incredible!" "Really Good!"


Three weeks later, 80% of the island is still without power and Agent Orange has dislocated his shoulder from patting himself on the back about his Puerto Rico relief efforts.  But FEMA "can't stay there forever."  Texas, Florida, yes; Puerto Rico, no.
