John Brennan Is Wrong

In one of the meanest and most vindictive steps ever taken, fake president and thug-in-chief Donnie Disgusto ordered A.G. Jeff Sessions to fire FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.  Late last night, Sessions slavishly did as his master commanded.  (Good boy, Beauregard!  Sit.  Here's a Milk Bone.)  McCabe was just two days away from his retirement date.  The termination may cost him his pension.

The official (fake) reason given for the firing was "lack of candor" during the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton's emails. The real reason is Trump's paranoia, fear, and ongoing efforts to destroy public faith in federal law enforcement and intelligence services, for the ultimate purpose of discrediting Robert Mueller's investigation into all things Trump/Russia.  (Just this morning Trump's lawyer called again for an end to the Mueller probe.)  Long ago, Trump's psychosis persuaded him that the FBI, the CIA, et al, were out to get him -- "a shakedown."  It sent him into a full-blown DefCon Don hissy fit.  Fire Comey!  Fire McCabe!  Fire Sessions!  Fire Mueller!  Fire 'em all!

But John Brennan is wrong.  "When" has nothing to do with it.  The whole world already knows all about Trump's venality, turpitude and corruption.  John Brennan is also correct.  When we remove this egregious ass-hat from office, as we must, he will be consigned forever to "the dustbin of history." 

Let's hope it happens soon.
