Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi may be losing his country, but he retains a firm grip on his own special fashion sense. Note the flair for color coordination and his attention to detail (orange hat = orange shades!) Sort of like Garanimals For Despots.
Gaddafi obviously subscribes to the old Fernando's Hideaway advice:
"Remember, it is better to look good than to feel good, and dahling, you look mahvelous!"
