Hill & Knowlton is one the oldest public relations firms in America.  Infamously, they created Big Tobacco's PR campaigns of the 1950's and 60's -- cigarettes are fine, maybe even good for you!  Hill & Knowlton pushed a strategy for their tobacco clients to cast doubt on scientific evidence linking smoking and lung cancer.

Since 2009, Hill & Knowlton has been the official PR firm of ANGA, the American Natural Gas Alliance.  They're pushing a strategy for their nat gas clients to cast doubt on scientific evidence linking fracking and contamination of ground water and drinking water.

Just like there is no safe cigarette, there is no safe frack well.  But some things never change.  For a price, these PR weasels will try to sell us poison.
